Land belonging to a military unit has been returned to the state in Batken

During an inspection conducted by the military prosecutor's office of the Batken garrison together with the State Committee for National Security, it was established that land plots allocated in 2001 for the organisation of border posts were illegally transferred to private ownership in violation of the requirements of the law.

It is specified that the plots have a total area of 2.59 hectares.

As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the above-mentioned land plots with a total market value of 42.1 million soms were returned to state ownership and transferred to the balance sheet of one of the military units of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security.
