    An investment agreement on the construction of a multifunctional complex was signed in Bishkek

    In Bishkek, an Investment Agreement was signed between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic represented by the Mayor's Office of Bishkek and a foreign enterprise in the form of a limited liability company “Hyper Partners” (Uzbekistan).

    The document was signed on behalf of the Kyrgyz side by the Mayor of Bishkek Aibek Junushaliev, and on behalf of the investor by the General Director of the company Boburbek Usmanov.

    The agreement provides for the implementation of an investment project for the construction of a multifunctional complex in Bishkek, which will include:
    modern business center, residential and commercial areas, hotel apartments, retail and catering facilities, landscaped area with recreational areas, greenery and parking.

    The project is aimed at developing urban infrastructure, improving the investment climate, creating jobs and introducing modern architectural solutions into the capital's appearance.

    Also within the framework of the project it is planned to build an educational complex on the territory of MTU No. 8 of Oktyabrsky district, with further transfer of the finished object to the balance of the state. The educational complex will consist of a mosque with a capacity of up to 25 thousand people and a religious and educational institution madrasah.
