10/01/2024, 11:03The Republican Agro-Industrial Exhibition ‘AgroTechExpo-2024’ and Food Fair ‘Altyn Kүz’ organised by the Ministry of Water Resources will be held in Bishkek from 18 to 20 October 2024 on Turdakun Usubaliev Square.
‘AgroTechExpo-2024’ is the largest exhibition in Kyrgyzstan, presenting a full range of machinery and technologies for the agro-industrial complex from the world's leading manufacturers. The exhibition will include the leasing project presentation organised by the OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and the OJSC "Eldik Bank". It is expected that the event will be attended by more than 20 thousand farmers and peasants from all regions of the republic.
The exhibition's main purpose is to demonstrate the agrarian potential of Kyrgyzstan to investors, create a competitive market for agricultural machinery and raise awareness of farmers about the latest technologies in agro-industry. The exhibition area will be more than 20,000 square metres, where the newest world samples of agricultural machinery, processing equipment, seeds, fertilisers, agrochemicals, veterinary drugs and other goods will be presented.
The exhibition will feature machinery from such leading manufacturers as John Deere, Claas, Lemken, New Holland, MTZ, Rostselmash and others. More than 250 items of agricultural machinery and equipment will be demonstrated, including tractors, combines, sowing machines and processing equipment.
On 18 October 2024, the Kyrgyz Drama Theatre will host a gala concert devoted to the Day of Agricultural Workers of Kyrgyzstan. The exhibition will also include the Altyn Kүz food fair, where Bishkek residents and guests will have the opportunity to buy meat, honey, vegetables and fruit at affordable prices.
