    The Fourth Kyrgyz-Saudi Cooperation Committee Meeting Held in Bishkek

    The Kyrgyz capital hosted the fourth meeting of the Kyrgyz-Saudi Committee for Cooperation in the narrow composition. First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev held talks with the co-chairman of the Committee, Minister of Environment, Agriculture and Water Resources of Saudi Arabia Abdurahman bin Abdulmohsin Al-Fadli. During the meeting, the prospects and topical issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed.

    Kasymaliyev noted significant progress in Kyrgyz-Saudi relations, emphasizing successful work with the Saudi Fund for Development and implementation of joint projects contributing to the economic growth of both countries. He expressed confidence in the great prospects for further cooperation and the importance of sharing experience in agriculture, energy and tourism. The sides discussed issues of increasing trade and investment, as well as the development of the agricultural sector. Kasymaliyev proposed to establish working groups for detailed elaboration of cooperation opportunities.

    Minister Al-Fadli confirmed Saudi Arabia's readiness to support Kyrgyzstan's initiatives and participate in joint projects, especially in priority sectors. The meeting ended with an agreement to further strengthen relations and sign new agreements to promote partnership between the two countries.
