44 construction companies added to blacklist — Ministry of Construction

According to the Licensing and Certification Department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities, 44 construction companies are currently on the blacklist.

The ministry explains that the main reasons for blacklisting construction companies are gross violations of licensing requirements and construction standards during construction and installation work, failure to comply with the conditions stipulated in the issued licence. Other reasons include ignoring the instructions and notifications of state authorities and repeated violations of construction legislation.

After being blacklisted, companies are given 90 days to remedy the violations and bring their activities into compliance with the established requirements. If the deficiencies are not remedied within the specified period, the ministry will initiate the process of revoking the licence through the courts.
