Energy facilities are being reconstructed in the Jalal-Abad region

As part of the reform being carried out by the Ministry of Energy, a number of energy facilities are being renovated. Old wooden poles that have served for decades are being replaced with reinforced concrete ones, and in some places new ones are being installed.

According to the 2025 work plan of the Jalal-Abad Electric Grid Company, 3,757 old poles will be replaced and 1,800 new reinforced concrete poles will be installed in the region.

Of these, 580 poles have already been installed as part of the reconstruction. The remaining 5,000 will be installed by autumn this year.

In addition, 153 kilometres of overhead power lines will be replaced with modern SIP wires. Currently, SIP wires are being laid at social facilities and in areas where power outages often occur due to emergencies.

Over the past three years, SIP overhead power lines have been installed in the region with the aim of modernising the networks, preventing accidents, reducing technical losses and providing consumers with a stable supply of electricity.
