All key tax services for SMEs are available in Ishker24

In the Ishker 24 mobile application from a collaboration of state-owned companies, entrepreneurs can already use all the main tax services necessary for contactless interaction between SMEs and the State Tax Service. The smart solution to help businesses has already additionally implemented the ability to work with ESF (electronic invoice) and ETTN (electronic bill of lading). Ishker24's ESF capabilities will be available to businesses from August 2024. Work with ETTN - from September 2024. Today, entrepreneurs can view, confirm/reject ETTNs issued in respect of them for the sale of goods and services via ETTNs. It is possible to create virtual warehouses, as well as to obtain detailed information - participants of the ETTN (buyer, seller), method of transportation, list of goods, list of marking codes. It is important to note that the function of working with ETTN is implemented in pilot mode, within the framework of which improvement works are planned based on feedback from users.

Recall that the application was launched as part of the implementation of tax reform in the country on the initiative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. It is constantly being finalized and expanded based on feedback - the lines for collecting recommendations are open. Today it functions for small and medium-sized businesses, with plans to launch it for LLCs from 2025.  By September 2024, Ishker24 will provide a full range of key tax services necessary for business. Additional financial services that make it easier for entrepreneurs to manage their business from the comfort of their home or office are also in place. Among them are such services as online opening of a bank account - Eldik Bank OJSC was the first in the market. As well as accepting QR payments, obtaining a bank card online, etc.

Implemented tax services by September 2024:

• Remote identification and verification by URI;
• remote receipt of OEP;
• online opening of a bank account for an individual entrepreneur;
• online placement of an order to receive a bank card;
• generation and acceptance of payments via ElQR;
• online transfers via the GovFinTech digital ecosystem;
• checking tax debts and paying taxes;
• online registration of cash registers;
• functions of working with ESF and ETTN;
• generation and submission of tax reporting.

It should be reminded that Ishker24 gives small businesses an opportunity not to hire an accountant due to the new tax realities, as reporting is simplified and through the application one can simply fill in the requested data.
