In Kara-Suu, the Turataly Bazary market will be modernised and a trade and logistics centre will be built

The Director and staff of the State Agency for State Property Management visited the Turataly Bazary market in Kara-Suu. During the visit, they also inspected the existing market and held talks with tenants. They noted that they were satisfied with the current working conditions at the market.

As part of the visit, the market area was inspected, where work has already begun in accordance with the PPP agreement on the «Construction and Management of the Kara-Suu Trade and Logistics Centre» project.

The project provides for the construction of a trade and logistics centre with multi-level underground and above-ground parking, as well as the reconstruction of access roads for passenger and freight transport, the modernisation of utility networks, the irrigation system, the improvement and landscaping of the site, and the landscape design of the territory.
The construction of the complex is scheduled to be completed in five years.
