09/12/2025, 14:25The Land and Water Supervision Service conducted an inspection in the water protection zone of the city of Kemin. The inspection was attended by relevant specialists and members of the commission, who examined the legality of the constructed buildings.
The inspection revealed a number of illegal structures located at a distance of 1 to 4-8 metres from the canal's shoreline, which is a violation of the water protection zone requirements. It was also found that some owners had violated the canal's design by not complying with the established standards.
In addition, metal structures were installed in the water protection zone, and some trees created obstacles to the flow of water. The commission prepared proposals for the demolition of structures built in violation of the regulations and decided to refer the matter to the relevant state authorities.
In accordance with the commission's decision, an official proposal was sent to the Kemin City Council to demolish the illegal structures, take the necessary measures and prevent similar violations in the future.
