According to the agency, representatives of the company “RULOG” reported on planned food deliveries for restaurant brands.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the terms of import and transportation of products, as well as compliance with veterinary and sanitary requirements and food safety.
In particular, the discussion focused on the possibility of importing frozen or chilled semi-finished chicken and beef meat products in the form of cutlets. According to meeting participants, the products will be delivered to restaurants, where they will be prepared immediately before serving.
Special attention was paid to the conditions for transporting and storing the products, sanitary requirements for vehicles, the preparation of accompanying veterinary documents, and the conduct of necessary inspections.
The Veterinary and Phytosanitary Control Service noted that, within the scope of its authority, the agency monitors compliance with established safety requirements for imported products.
