Ten new companies with Belarusian capital have entered Kyrgyzstan

Since the beginning of 2025, ten new companies with Belarusian capital have been registered in Kyrgyzstan. This data was provided by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic. The wave of registrations confirms the continuing interest of Belarusian businesses in the Kyrgyz market, especially in light of growing mutual trade and integration within the EAEU.

Most of the new companies are concentrated in sectors such as wholesale trade, logistics, transport services, energy, and industrial equipment. This direction is consistent with the overall structure of bilateral economic cooperation. Belarus is a supplier of machinery, equipment, and specialized services, while Kyrgyzstan is a growth and distribution point in Central Asia.

Among the new participants are companies operating in the fields of car leasing, freight transport, thermal energy, and even light industry. This spread of sectors indicates a diversified approach and a desire to gain a foothold in high-turnover or under-served niches.

For example, two companies have entered the logistics and transport sector. These are Frigo Leader LLC, which intends to engage in auxiliary transport activities, and the freight forwarder Majestic Line LLC. Both companies were registered in Kyrgyzstan between April and May.

Companies such as Evolut Pro LLC, Zeinela Motor Vehicles KGZ LLC, and Fomalhaut LLC have entered the market for leasing and sales of motor vehicles. The latter company specializes in the wholesale trade of machinery and equipment for the mining and construction industries.

Among the new Belarusian companies, there is also Shuga LLC, which will be engaged in garment manufacturing, Smart LLC, specializing in power generation by thermal power plants, and Willard LLC, whose activities are related to business support.

There are also a number of companies, such as FinKitGroup LLC and FSS ESP EVRAZIA LLC, which are interested in wholesale non-specialized trade.

All new enterprises are registered in Bishkek, confirming the capital's status as a key logistics and business hub for foreign investors.

It should be added that the total number of companies with Belarusian participation in Kyrgyzstan is 473. However, 36 of them have officially ceased operations.
