08/15/2025, 11:50On 15 August 2025, the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry conducted comparative monitoring of food prices (bread products, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, meat, milk, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil) in Kyrgyzstan, as well as in Russia and Kazakhstan.
The monitoring revealed changes in prices. For example, prices in Kyrgyzstan are as follows: beef — 667.5 KGS, mutton — 681.3 KGS, butter — 634 KGS, vegetable oil – 151 KGS, carrots – 56.5 KGS, onions – 38 KGS, potatoes – 42 KGS, chicken eggs – 87 KGS.
Prices in Kazakhstan: pasteurised milk — 100 KGS, potatoes — 41 KGS, carrots — 50.4 KGS, vegetable oil — 176.4 KGS, chicken eggs — 121 KGS.
In Russia, lamb costs 732 KGS per kilogram, potatoes cost 71.4 KGS, onions — 64 KGS, chicken eggs — 121 KGS, butter — 868 KGS per kilogram, and bakery products — 135.5 KGS per kilogram.
