07/30/2025, 15:58In Kyrgyzstan, it is proposed to reduce the cost of obtaining a permit for tinting the front side windows for electric vehicle owners.
The State Agency for Vehicle Registration has developed a draft resolution, which has been submitted for public discussion.
According to the document, it is proposed to set the cost of a tinting permit at 30,000 KGS for citizens (individuals) who own electric vehicles, 50,000 KGS for legal entities, and 70,000 KGS for non-residents.
Currently, the cost of a permit for cars is 50,000 KGS for citizens, 70,000 KGS for legal entities, and 90,000 KGS for non-residents.
