10/29/2026, 16:57The Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers has amended the rules governing the independent identification of goods and technologies for export control. For expert organizations that are reapplying for a permit and have not violated the law for two years, the processing time for issuing the permit shall not exceed 15 calendar days.
According to Resolution No. 719 of October 26, 2026, if the previously submitted information has not changed, an application, proof of payment of the state fee, and an activity report are sufficient to renew a permit.
Information regarding the issuance, renewal, and modification of details in permits will also be published on the official website of the authorized agency. The agency must notify the State Customs Service of its decisions within five business days.
The changes concern the independent identification of controlled products, including military and dual-use goods and technologies. The resolution will take effect 15 days after its official publication.
