Kyrgyzstan will introduce the system for monitoring PSCs' work

The state enterprise Infocom is introducing the system of the Population Service Centres (PSCs) work monitoring based on artificial intelligence technologies. This was announced by the Digital Development Minister Nuriya Kutnayeva at the Organisation of Turkic States AI Forum.

The new system will monitor the ' actions and analyse video streams, which is expected to improve the quality of service to citizens and reduce the number of errors.

‘The pilot launch of the project is scheduled for 9 October 2024 in CON-2, located on Chokan Valikhanov Street in Bishkek,’ Nuriya Kutnaeva announced.
