An online service for obtaining civil status certificates has been launched in Kyrgyzstan

The Ministry of Digital Development (MDD) has launched a new online service that allows citizens to get repeated civil status certificates through the Tunduk mobile application. It is now possible to apply for oneself, children or others without leaving home.

To obtain a certificate, one needs to follow a few simple steps: select the service and type of certificate; enter the required data; select the delivery method (if necessary); undergo photo identification; sign the application using a cloud-based electronic digital signature (EDS) and pay for the service after receiving a response (payment is possible via MegaPay).

The service cost depends on the type of certificate and the need for delivery. The service is available round the clock, without queues and visits to state authorities.

The service was developed jointly with the Tunduk State Institution, Infocom State Enterprise and the Department of Population Registration under the MDD of the Kyrgyz Republic.
