07/30/2025, 09:44In June and July of this year, Kyrgyzstan registered the initial public offerings of four new joint-stock companies covering several key sectors of the economy, from sports to energy and mining.
On 18 June, SK Point Global, a closed joint-stock company, was registered, which will also operate in the sports sector. Its main activity is sports clubs. The founder and director is a foreign citizen, presumably a Turkish citizen, Oz Rasim.
Interestingly, he is also the founder of two other companies: on 19 June, he registered Pars Energy Yatirim and Green Madenzilik Yatirim. The first company plans to work in the production of refined petroleum products and other types of fuel processing. Green Madenzilik Yatirim CJSC will be engaged in the extraction and enrichment of precious metal ores.
In addition, on 10 July, Omurbek Babanov registered the open joint-stock company FC AZIA. The company is located in Bishkek and specialises in sports clubs. The company has also registered its initial public offering.
We would like to add that Finnadzor does not disclose the volume of the initial public offerings of the above-mentioned companies.
