    In Kyrgyzstan, salaries rose by 18.6% in January-April

    The average monthly nominal wage per employee, excluding small enterprises, in January-April this year was 40,776 KGS. Compared to the same period last year, it increased by 18.6%.

    At the same time, the real salary, which is calculated taking into account the consumer price index, increased by 10.9%.

    An increase in the growth rate of the average accrued salary was observed in enterprises and organizations of all types of economic activity.

    “The most significant increase was observed in construction, by 39.6%, real estate operations, by 38.2%, and administrative and support activities, by 29.9%,” the National Statistics Committee noted.

    In addition, growth of 25.9% was recorded in professional, scientific, and technical activities, 24.9% in health care and social services, and 23.2% in the hotel and restaurant business.
