The bus station land plot has been returned to the state in the Manas district

The Talas Oblast Prosecutor's Office has returned to the state a land plot of 0.28 hectares illegally transferred into private ownership. The plot, located in the Manas district, previously belonged to the Talas branch of SE ‘Kyrgyz Autobeketi’ and was used as a bus station. The General Prosecutor's Office press service reports about it.

During the inspection, the Prosecutor's Office found that Semeteysky (formerly Pokrovsky) aiyl okmotu of Manas district illegally transferred this land plot into private hands. This was a violation of the current legislation.

To eliminate the violation, the Prosecutor's Office of Talas region submitted an act of prosecutor's response. As a result of its consideration, the land plot of 0.28 hectares was returned to the balance of Talas regional state enterprise of bus stations, bus stations and motorway ticket offices.
