The Ministry of Labor has approved a new management structure

The Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration has approved a new organizational structure aimed at improving the efficiency of the department and optimizing management processes.

As noted, the updated structure provides for a clear distribution of functions between departments, faster decision-making, and improved quality of public services provided to the population. As part of the reform, duplicate functions have been reduced and key areas of work have been strengthened.

Particular attention has been paid to the development of departments responsible for labor relations, social protection, and migration issues. The changes are expected to enable the agency to respond more quickly to citizens' requests and to implement state policy in the social sphere more effectively.

The ministry emphasizes that the restructuring is part of a systematic effort to increase transparency and develop a citizen-oriented approach to service delivery.
