12/09/2024, 18:25The Ministry of Digital Development announced the launch of a new online service that allows citizens to obtain repeated civil status certificates through the Tunduk mobile application.
Users can now apply for repeat birth, marriage registration and dissolution, name change and death certificates. Processing of the application takes from one to seven working days.
It is important to note that the repeated birth certificate of the child is not issued to the parents (parent), if they are deprived or limited in parental rights. A marriage certificate also cannot be obtained if the marriage has been dissolved or recognized as invalid. The fixed cost of delivery is 142 soms.
To apply, you just need to follow a few steps: log in to the Tunduk application, enter the query “Re-acquisition of the certificate” in the search, click on “Make an application”, fill in the required data, select the method of receipt - delivery or self-delivery, check the information, pay for the service (if required) and send the application.
The Ministry continues to actively modernize and develop the digitalization of public services, introducing modern solutions to simplify the interaction of citizens with the state and improve the quality of service.
