06/05/2026, 10:12Muras Bank is expanding its international cooperation and strengthening its corporate governance team. Alexey Skorodumov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the bank’s Board of Directors.
According to the bank, the appointment reflects the expansion of Skorodumov’s role in corporate governance and the implementation of strategic projects. His key tasks include developing cooperation with financial institutions and investors in the region, as well as promoting the bank’s investment products and projects in foreign markets.
In addition to the international focus, Skorodumov will continue to oversee matters related to investment banking, the securities market and investment attraction.
The bank expects that his many years of experience will help strengthen Muras Bank’s position in the promising markets of Central Asia and the Middle East, as well as expand opportunities for implementing cross-border projects.
Alexey Skorodumov has worked in the financial sector for over 25 years. Over the years, he has held senior positions in financial institutions in Russia, Cyprus, the United Arab Emirates and Kyrgyzstan.
Sergey Ents currently chairs the Board of Directors of Muras Bank. The Board also comprises Alexey Skorodumov, Ulanbek Mombekov, Georgy Murvanidze and Nurlan Idinkulov.
