A 1.9-hectare plot of land has been returned to the state in Osh

As part of the implementation of the state policy on the return of illegally privatised land plots to state ownership, the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCNS) conducted an audit of the legality of the privatisation of land belonging to ZAO DSU (Road Construction Management).

During the investigation of the case, an agreement was reached with ZAO DSU on the voluntary and gratuitous transfer of the land plot to the state.

An agreement on the transfer of the land plot was drawn up between the director of ZAO DSU, S.I.K., and the State Agency for Geodesy and Cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers.
