09/04/2025, 12:52Five cryptocurrency issues worth approximately 144 billion KGS are registered in the Unified State Register of Virtual Asset Issues in Kyrgyzstan. This is evidenced by data provided by the Financial Supervision Service to the Akchabar publication.
The first coin issued in Kyrgyzstan is dated 19 April 2023. The token was issued by MTN LLC, a company registered in Kyrgyzstan with 100% Russian capital. It released 10 million digital tokens worth 0.87 KGS. Thus, the total issue amounted to 8.7 million KGS.
The second virtual asset issued in Kyrgyzstan was the stablecoin ‘A7A5’. Akchabar has already written about it. It was issued by the Kyrgyz company Old Vector LLC, which recently fell under UK sanctions. The issue was registered on 19 February this year. It became the largest in the country and amounted to 100 billion units. Moreover, the stablecoin is pegged to the Russian currency. Its total issue amounted to 100 billion roubles.
In June, two more projects with Kyrgyz capital were added to the register. CDSD, issued by Zolotoy Som LLC on 24 June, and KGST, issued by KGSToken LLC on 26 June. The CDSD token was issued in a volume of 1 billion units at 0.1 som each. The total issue volume was 10 million soms. KGST was issued in a volume of 7 million tokens for a similar amount in soms.
In August, the LMAu digital token was added to the list. This digital token was issued by the Kyrgyz company Lantal Mining LLC. The issue took place on 7 August. The volume of the issue amounted to 9 million 999 thousand 969 KGS, with a nominal value of one asset being 8 thousand 18 KGS. The total number of virtual assets issued was 1 thousand 247.19 units.
