10/24/2026, 17:16The Board of Directors of OJSC “State Mortgage Company” has approved new appointments to the organization’s leadership. This was reported by the “Kyrgyz Tuusu” Information and Publishing House.
Elvira Esengul kyzy, who previously served as deputy chair, has been appointed first deputy chair of the board. The position of deputy chair of the board has been filled by Kylichbek Keldibekov, who previously headed the State Mortgage Company’s sales department.
The terms of office for both executives have been approved for one year.
