09/28/2026, 09:24Shareholders of the Frunze House-Building Combine are set to consider revoking a previously adopted resolution to increase the authorised capital to 58.37 million KGS. An extraordinary general meeting will take place on 21 October.
This relates to the decision of 18 September 2025, which provided for an increase in the nominal value of one share to 87 KGS. According to the agenda for the forthcoming meeting, this increase was not registered, and the information regarding the authorised capital and the nominal value of shares in the articles of association does not correspond to the details of the registered issue of securities.
Shareholders will be asked to bring the articles of association into line with the registered figures, namely an authorised capital of 3,354,795 KGS and a nominal value of 5 KGS per share. The total number of issued shares is 670,959, of which 668,782 are ordinary shares and 2,177 are preference shares.
The revocation will also affect amendments to the Articles of Association relating to the increase in capital and the nominal value of shares. It is proposed that the remaining resolutions of the meeting held on 18 September last year, including the one concerning the change of the company’s name, remain in force.
The agenda also includes the approval of the new version of the Articles of Association and its state registration, with the necessary powers being granted to the Chief Executive Officer.
