02/16/2026, 18:16Following an investigation conducted by the Uzgen District Prosecutor's Office to identify and return social facilities that had been illegally transferred to private ownership, the land plot was returned to the state.
It was established that a land plot with a total area of 289.3 square meters, belonging to the Sharipov Secondary School located in the city of Uzgen, had been illegally transferred to private ownership.
As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the plot, with a market value of 5 million 517 thousand 230 KGS, was returned to municipal ownership.
