Over the first nine months of this year, 2,653 tonnes of cement were imported from the Kyrgyz Republic to Uzbekistan

Kyrgyzstan is among the top five countries from which Uzbekistan imported the most cement, according to the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.

It is specified that cement imports to Uzbekistan decreased by 8.6 times.

However, according to the committee, in January-September 2025, Uzbekistan imported 72 thousand tonnes of cement worth $4.4 million from 13 foreign countries.

The volume of imports decreased by 548,100 tonnes compared to the same period last year.
Most of the cement was supplied to Uzbekistan from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Tajikistan and Russia.
