According to the bill, owners and tenants of coastal properties, from resorts to cafes, must carry out thorough cleaning of beaches using special equipment. This applies to both individuals and legal entities.
If the cleaning is not carried out, a warning will be issued first. A repeat violation within a year will result in a fine of 5,000 KGS for individuals and 10,000 KGS for legal entities.
During the discussion, MP Eldar Abakirov asked questions about the mechanism for enforcing the new requirements. The bill has only been passed in the first reading so far.
