11/18/2024, 14:22Committee on Social Policy of the Jogorku Kenesh today, November 18, considered and approved the draft Labor Code in the second and third readings.
The draft Labor Code proposes the maintenance in electronic form of the employment contract, work book, local normative acts containing norms of labor law
“In order to rationalize the use of weekends and non-working holidays by employees, it is proposed to establish public holidays and non-working holidays in the country,” the developers said.
Committee Chairman Vinera Raimbachayeva recalled that parliamentary hearings were held to discuss these draft laws, briefly dwelt on the proposals.
