Closed Joint Stock Company Commercial Bank KSB is the first and only bank in the country with 100% Swiss capital. KSB represents the classics of Swiss banking in the domestic financial services market.

KSB started its operations in 2013, with the arrival of a Swiss investor - Petram Finance JSC - in Kyrgyzstan. The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the proposal of Petram Finance JSC to rehabilitate Kyrgyzdykanbank OJSC, and on October 28, 2013 the license of Kyrgyzdykanbank OJSC was restored by the resolution of the NBKR Board. On the basis of the Minutes of the shareholders' meeting dated September 30, 2013, Kyrgyzdykanbank OJSC was re-registered and renamed into Kyrgyz-Swiss Bank CJSC.
