09/22/2025, 12:24Deputy Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration Ainura Orozbaeva visited a number of social care institutions to familiarise herself with preparations for the autumn-winter period.
During the visit, the buildings and premises were inspected, the heating systems were checked, and the availability of necessary fuel, food and medicine supplies was monitored. Particular attention was paid to safety issues and the creation of comfortable living conditions for social service recipients.
The ministry is constantly monitoring the preparations of 17 residential social care facilities for the autumn-winter period. All facilities are being inspected on site.

As for institutions heated with coal, according to the Department of Social Protection under the Ministry of Labour, they have already signed contracts for the supply of 1,593.7 tonnes of coal. Of these:
At present, all social institutions are actively preparing for the heating season. Coal deliveries and repair work are being carried out in accordance with the approved schedule.
