29 Kyrgyz citizens bought cars without a down payment in one month

Thanks to the state guarantee ‘Unaa’, 29 citizens of Kyrgyzstan purchased domestically assembled cars without a down payment last month.

The guarantee fund continues to expand access to car loans for the population. During the month, 29 guarantees were issued, which made it possible to issue loans for the purchase of Chevrolet cars manufactured by Tulpar Motors.

Since the launch of the Unaa product, 87 people have become owners of Kyrgyz-made cars without a down payment. As of 17 December 2025, the amount of guarantees provided reached 35.5 million KGS, which made it possible to issue car loans worth over 156.4 million KGS.

The Unaa product is being implemented as part of the state programme ‘Preferential Car Loan Financing-2’, launched in March 2025. The programme aims to support the domestic automotive industry and increase the availability of car loans for citizens.
