08/29/2026, 18:17Abu Dhabi Kyrgyz Investment has registered a second issue of ordinary registered shares with a total value of 869.9 million KGS. The securities will be divided equally between the Kyrgyz and Emirati parties.
The issue comprises 1,954 book-entry shares. The nominal value and placement price of each share is 445,200 KGS.
The shares will be placed via a private placement amongst the two shareholders. OJSC ‘National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic’ and the Abu Dhabi Development Fund will each receive 977 shares.
The value of each block of shares will be 434,960,400 KGS. The parties will thus hold an equal stake in the second issue – 50 per cent each.
Following the full placement of the new shares, the company’s authorised capital will increase by almost 870 million KGS to 1,315.1 million KGS.
The issue was registered by the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service on 28 July. This followed a resolution passed at the annual general meeting of shareholders on 9 July.
The company’s first share issue was registered in March 2025, according to the Financial Supervisory Authority’s register. Abu Dhabi Kyrgyz Investment OJSC itself was established to implement joint investment projects between Kyrgyzstan and the Abu Dhabi Development Fund.
