    Manas airport received a high score in ICAO 2024 audit results

    This year Kyrgyzstan received 85.7 points in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) audit, confirming compliance with international standards of safety and quality in civil aviation.

    From 19 to 28 August 2024, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) conducted an audit in the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of aviation safety and facilitation.

    According to preliminary data, the level of fulfillment of critical elements (CE) of aviation security was 85.76%, which is a significant improvement compared to the result of 2017, when this indicator was 81.43%.

    As part of the preparation and exchange of experience, a meeting of representatives of Manas International Airport OJSC and Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport was held.

      The OJSC ‘MAM’ has become an official member of ACI EUROPE - one of the largest international organisations uniting airports in Europe. On 4 November 2024, the Chairman of the Board of the OJSC ‘MAM’ Manasbek Samidinov met with the Director General of ACI EUROPE Olivier Yankovec, who visited the Manas International Airport in Kyrgyzstan. During the meeting, the OJSC ‘MAM’ was presented with a certificate confirming its accession to ACI EUROPE.
