Ayil Bank will change the name under which it has operated for almost 20 years

Ayil Bank has changed its corporate name and will operate under the brand name ABank. The decision was made at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on February 2.

The meeting was held in person at the bank's head office and was attended by a 100% quorum. One of the key items on the agenda was the approval of a new version of the charter in connection with the renaming of the financial institution.

During the meeting, the shareholders approved the updated charter of ABank OJSC and decided to re-register with the judicial authorities and other state structures of the republic.

After completing the re-registration procedure, the financial organization will officially operate under the new name ABank OJSC.

We would like to add that Aiyl Bank has been operating under this name since late 2006, when the National Bank's board decided to establish a financial institution based on Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation OJSC.
