Shares in the scooter rental company surpassed airports, Mbank, and Kyrgyzneftegaz in terms of turnover

In November, more than 30 transactions worth 23.5 million KGS were made on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange – BTS CJSC. The main turnover was generated by the securities of five issuers, with the shares of OJSC Kikshiring Central Asia leading in terms of trading volume, surpassing the traditionally active securities of airports, banks, and the oil and gas sector.

According to the exchange, the market showed the greatest activity in the preferred shares of Kikshering Central Asia. The transaction price remained stable at 800 KGS, and the total secondary turnover for the issuer amounted to about 3 million KGS. During the month, several large transactions were recorded with a volume of 1,250 shares, which secured the company first place in terms of turnover among the most traded securities.

For comparison, the shares of OJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan remained the most active in terms of the number of transactions, but their turnover was significantly lower — just over 917,000 KGS at a stable price of 540–550 KGS per share. The transactions were systematic in nature and supported the liquidity of the secondary market, but in terms of trading volume, the issuer was second to the kick-sharing company.

Significantly lower turnover was recorded for other market participants. For example, transactions worth 43,600 KGS (178 shares at a price of 245 KGS) were made for the shares of Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC. The turnover of OJSC Mbank securities amounted to 43,700 KGS with the sale of 1,520 shares at a price of 28.75 KGS.

Thus, at the end of November, Kikshiring Central Asia became the key driver of turnover on the secondary stock market.
