Akylbek Zhaparov has discussed financial cooperation with the Citi Bank delegation

Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov has met with a delegation of the Citi International Bank. The Cabinet press service informs that.

In the course of the meeting, the prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation in finance and investment were discussed.

Akylbek Zhaparov emphasised the need to attract foreign investment to ensure sustainable economic growth and development of the country's key economic sectors. Special attention was paid to partnership opportunities with Citi in banking services, financial products digitalisation and innovative technologies introduction.

The Citi delegation, in turn, expressed interest in strengthening partnership relations with the Kyrgyz Republic, and in joint project implementation.
