Ala-Too Resort to announce the second phase of the auction for the sale of properties

A press conference will be held in Kyrgyzstan on 23 March to announce the start of the second phase of the auction for the ‘Ala-Too Resort’ project. The event is organised by Ala-Too Resort OJSC.

The event will be attended by Zhanbolot Tutkabaev, Head of the Tender Organisation Department; Zharkynbek Maksutov, Chairman of the Board; and Bakytbek Narbekov, Finance Director. Participants will be provided with details of the second stage of the auction, the terms of participation and plans for the project’s further development.

It should be noted that earlier, as part of the ‘Ala-Too Resort’ ski cluster project in the village of Jyrgalan, all 14 plots of land put up for auction were successfully sold. The auction took place from 15 to 18 July 2025, with 43 bidders taking part.

Following the auction, the state received nearly 472.6 million KGS, with the starting price of the lots set at 428.3 million KGS. The largest plot, covering 15,600 square metres, was sold for 337.4 million KGS and is earmarked for the construction of a five-star hotel complex.
