According to the agency, the videos are designed to improve consumers’ legal literacy and prevent potential infringements of their rights when purchasing goods and receiving services. It is emphasised that the materials are strictly of a public service and non-commercial nature and do not contain any advertising for specific companies, goods or services.
The 6th World Nomad Games will take place in Kyrgyzstan from 31 August to 6 September 2026. In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Order No. 872-r of 31 December 2024, NTRK and other media organisations are recommended to cover the preparation and staging of this international event, including the broadcasting and distribution of themed video material.
The Antimonopoly Service also reiterated the provisions of the Law ‘On Advertising’ (Articles 20-2 and 20-3), according to which state, municipal and public media organisations must broadcast public service announcements free of charge, whilst other advertising distributors must do so on preferential terms within the established limits.
It is proposed that the videos produced be broadcast on television channels, online platforms and social media during the run-up to and throughout the Games.
