09/12/2026, 17:27The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration is continuing to make payments under the ‘Bala Yrysy’ state programme.
According to the ministry, as of 10 September 2026, 285.588 million KGS have been transferred to 232,229 beneficiaries. The ministry emphasised that the funds are being transferred in full in accordance with the approved lists.
Once the money has been received by the banks, the funds are credited to the beneficiaries’ accounts. However, in some cases, the transfers may not appear in the accounts immediately. The Ministry of Labour is currently carrying out individual checks in conjunction with the banks to establish the reasons for this.
A further 334 accounts at ‘ABank’ and 900 accounts at ‘Eldik Bank’ require additional verification.
The Ministry has noted that these cases do not mean that the funds have not been transferred. A separate check is being carried out for each case in collaboration with the banks.
The reasons may include a bank card having expired, the need to update personal details, the specific status of a bank account, automatic debits or other transactions. In some cases, the recipient may not immediately notice the arrival of the money or subsequent movements in their account.
The Ministry has urged recipients to check the status of their bank accounts themselves, ensuring that their bank and personal details are up to date, as well as the expiry date of their card. This will enable any technical or banking issues preventing the receipt of funds to be identified and resolved in a timely manner.
The Ministry of Labour continues to liaise with banks and is taking the necessary measures to ensure that everyone entitled to a payment receives the funds due to them.
