Without incentives for teachers, young staff will not come to schools - Toraga

Unless we stimulate teachers and raise their status, it will not be possible to attract young people to this profession. Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, Thoraga of the Jogorku Kenesh, said this during his visit to Nookat district.

He emphasized that it is important not only to build schools, but also to provide them with qualified teachers. The state, he said, is working to raise salaries and create conditions for teachers.

In the village of Boston, Toraga toured a 192-seat school named after Buvanazar Shanazarov. Now it has 557 pupils. Residents have asked to build an additional building, and he instructed state agencies to solve this issue.

He also familiarized himself with the construction of the art boarding school in Nookat. The works started in 2023, tender cost - 107.2 million soms.
