06/06/2026, 16:16The General Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic has secured the restoration of an entrepreneur’s rights, resulting in the return of a security deposit of 692,800 KGS that had previously been unjustifiably withheld by a state body.
During the investigation, it was established that, despite the existence of legal grounds for the refund, the entrepreneur’s appeals had not been considered by the state property management authority for a long time.
Following the prosecutor’s intervention, the full amount of the security deposit was transferred. Furthermore, following the investigation, the officials responsible were held accountable through disciplinary proceedings.
The Prosecutor’s Office emphasised that the measures taken are aimed at strengthening the rule of law in the work of state bodies and protecting the rights of entrepreneurs.
