The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, led by Deputy Minister Gulshat Asylbaeva, has prepared a package of changes as part of the ‘regulatory guillotine’ project. Proposals from the business community have already been taken into account — for example, outdated forms have been eliminated and similar permits have been combined.
The package of documents has now been sent to the Cabinet of Ministers for approval, and a draft presidential decree on the formal cancellation of some permits is being prepared.
This will make procedures simpler, faster and more convenient. The state promises to continue optimisation and to constantly monitor the quality of the changes.
