12/12/2025, 18:00Today, 12 December, representatives of the Association of Driving Schools held a press conference. Representatives of the association announced the need to adjust the timing of the entry into force of the reform to change the rules for training drivers of categories ‘B’ and ‘C’.
The association's members issued an official appeal to the country's president and the head of the State Committee for National Security, emphasising that the launch of the reform on 1 January would create difficulties for both driving schools and students. In their opinion, it would be logical and convenient for everyone to postpone the date until the beginning of the academic year — 1 or 15 September — which would allow for a gradual transition.
‘We ask that you allow us to restructure, prepare ourselves and prepare the population for the mandatory changes,’ said Tologon Kubayev, representative of the Association of Driving Schools.

The Association of Driving Schools expressed its readiness to continue working with government agencies to improve the process of training future drivers and minimise the risks of implementing the changes.
‘Our entire association supports the reform and is ready to work in the new format. We only ask that the transition be gradual and convenient for everyone. This is not only in the interest of driving schools, but also a request from citizens,’ emphasised representatives of the association.
