Deputy Marat Murataliyev expressed gratitude to the mayor of Bishkek for opening the Cholponbai Tuleberdiev Museum in the capital. He also noted that the school built in 1989 in the village of Bakayyr in the Talas region needs to be repaired.
Deputy Talaybek Masabirov drew attention to the change in the riverbed in the village of Kyzyl-Suu, Bazar-Korgon district. Residents of the village of Arslanbap are asking for the hospital branch to be reopened.
Deputy Emil Toktoshev raised the issue of restrictions on cars with Russian number plates entering Kyrgyzstan. According to him, this restriction should be lifted, as it creates difficulties for our migrant workers. He drew attention to the fact that military personnel in one of the Emergency Ministry units had been mistreated, noting that this should be legally assessed and investigated.
Deputy Nilufar Alimzhanova noted that it is necessary to open a public service centre in the village of Zhan-Nokat and resolve problems with electricity supply in the village of Chapaev in the Mirmahmudov district.
Deputy Alisher Erbaev raised the issue of including a number of villages in the Ala-Bukinsky and Chatkalsky districts in the list of settlements located in high mountain areas.
Deputy Nurbek Alimbekov raised the issue of the activities of regional development funds, emphasising that 50% of regional and district funds are allocated to lending. He noted that regional development funds should be used to address social and infrastructure issues.
Deputy Aisuluu Mamasheva voiced the concerns of the mother of a special needs child, who raised the issue that the Altyn Balalyk rehabilitation centre does not accept children in the summer. The deputy noted that this centre should accept children for rehabilitation not only in the autumn and winter, but also in the summer.
Deputy Viner Raimbachaeva believes that the issue of parking for ambulances at the National Hospital needs to be resolved.
Deputy Dastanbek Dzhumabekov noted that various social problems are arising in the regions, paying particular attention to issues related to the lack of irrigation water and noting that it is necessary to provide appropriate assistance to farmers.
Deputy Zhalolidin Nurbayev raised a number of problems faced by residents of the Aravan district. He also drew attention to the need to build a reservoir, a school and repair roads in the Aravan district.
Deputy Akkulu Berdiev proposed to consider the issue of granting Kyrgyz citizenship to the grandson of Abdyldabek Alymbek Datka uulu. Along with this, he drew attention to social issues of residents of the Alay district.
Deputy Aibek Altynbekov raised the issue of the condition of School No. 36 named after Baltabayev in the Bazar-Korgon district, adding that residents are requesting the construction of an additional building for the school. He also added that it is necessary to open the Seidikum checkpoint in the Bazar-Korgon district.
