Over a thousand flats are being built for civil aviation staff

In the village of Kara-Zhygach, construction is continuing on the ‘Aviator’ residential complex, intended for civil aviation staff and their families. The project is being implemented by OJSC ‘Airports of Kyrgyzstan’ through the State Mortgage Company.

The complex will consist of 23 nine-storey blocks, providing a total of 1,035 flats. This means that each block will contain an average of 45 flats.

In addition to housing, the project includes the construction of children’s play areas, the development of courtyards and recreational areas, the provision of parking spaces, and the creation of social infrastructure facilities.

The company describes ‘Aviator’ as one of the largest social projects in the history of the domestic aviation industry. Its implementation is expected to improve housing conditions for employees, enhance the appeal of aviation professions and help the industry attract qualified personnel.
