Kyrgyzstan's budget revenues grew by 18.6%. This is the best result in the EAEU

Kyrgyzstan showed the highest growth rate of budget revenues among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. Such data is provided by the Eurasian Economic Commission.

In January–June, the republic's consolidated budget revenues increased by 18.6% compared to the same period last year, reaching 351 billion KGS against 296 billion KGS a year earlier.

For comparison, growth in Armenia was 15.5%, in Kazakhstan – 17.5%, while in Russia the increase in budget revenues was significantly more modest – only 3.1%.

Kyrgyzstan's outperformance is explained by strong growth in tax and duty revenues against the backdrop of increased business activity, as well as structural changes in industry and trade.

Thus, the republic is strengthening its position in terms of fiscal sustainability within the EAEU, demonstrating more confident rates of budget replenishment.
