Kyrgyzstan's budget revenues grew by almost 190 billion KGS

Kyrgyzstan's state budget revenues for January–November 2025 significantly exceeded those for the same period last year. This is according to the budget execution report.

At the end of 11 months, the total state budget revenues amounted to 602.3 billion KGS, while in the same period of 2024, they amounted to 415 billion KGS. Thus, the growth amounted to 187.3 billion KGS, or about 45% year-on-year.

Tax revenues for the reporting period reached 409.9 billion KGS, increasing by 95.2 billion KGS, or approximately 30%, over the year (314.8 billion KGS in January-November 2024).

Revenues from the State Tax Service played a key role in the structure of tax revenues. It collected 272.1 billion KGS in 2025, compared to 201.7 billion KGS a year earlier (+70.4 billion KGS).

Revenues from the State Customs Service amounted to 137.9 billion KGS, which is 24.8 billion KGS more than at this time a year ago (113.1 billion KGS).

Positive dynamics were recorded at all levels of the budget system:

  • the republican budget increased its revenues from 378.5 billion KGS to 550.6 billion KGS;
  • local budgets — from 57.7 billion KGS to 65.6 billion KGS.

A comparison of the results for 2025 and 2024 shows that this year, the Kyrgyz budget system received significantly more revenue, primarily due to growth in tax revenues and expansion of the fiscal base.
