Kyrgyzstan's state budget revenues grew by more than 40%

In the first seven months of this year, Kyrgyzstan's state budget revenues amounted to 359 billion KGS, which is 105.6 billion KGS (41.7%) more than in the same period last year (253.4 billion KGS). These figures are contained in the report of the Ministry of Finance.

Tax revenues remain the main source of revenue. In January–July, they reached 235.2 billion KGS, an increase of 48.7 billion KGS (+26.1%) compared to last year, when 186.4 billion KGS were collected.

Most of this amount was collected by the State Tax Service, 159.5 billion KGS. This is 42.3 billion KGS or 36.1% higher than in January–July 2024 (117.2 billion KGS). In turn, the State Customs Service provided revenues of 75.7 billion KGS. This represents an increase of 6.1 billion soms, or 9%.

Almost the entire amount, 325 billion KGS, went to the republican budget. In the first seven months of 2024, the amount was 230.9 billion KGS (+40.5%). This year, 42.3 billion KGS were transferred to local budgets. This is 7.3 billion KGS (+20.8%) more than in January–July last year.
